Trying to find ways to keep food cold on the road is a challenge. There are many options for coolers and portable refrigerators out there but most of them are pretty pricey. In this video, I talk about my new cooler purchase and how it is a pretty good value for the money.

    Oh yeah, you could DEFINITELY get another 2-3 days out of that cooler, easily. I get about 5 from Coleman’s normal “extreme” cooler, just by following some best practices: http://justgetoutmore.com/how-to-make-ice-last-longer-in-your-cooler/

    I agree that the price difference between a yeti and competitors like the Igloo Sportsman you reviewed just isn’t worth it, especially if you implement some of the tips above to help make your ice last longer.
